New RAND Report: Anticipating Allies’ Responses to U.S. Retrenchment

I am excited to announce that one of the reports I spent the most time on during my year at the RAND Corporation - Anticipating Allies’ Responses to U.S. Retrenchment: Lessons from Limited Military Withdrawals During the Cold War - was published today. I would like to thank the PI and co-authors for the incredible learning opportunity and collaborative experience.

This report is a good example of how I work to use historical evidence to test theories with important policy implications. I also brought my Japanese language skills to bear in both the Japan and Taiwan chapters.
